The TrolMaster Hydro-X RJ12 Splitter Hub, also known as the SPH-1 Splitter Hub, simplifies the installation of TrolMaster controllers by providing an easy-to-use interface for connecting multiple sensors, adapters, and device modules. This hub features a single RJ12 cable input jack and 8 individual RJ12 output jacks, allowing for a "clean" installation without the need for daisy-chain Y-splitters.

One of the benefits of the SPH-1 is its powered hub capability, which amplifies the signals passing through it, enabling more modules, sensors, and light adapters to be connected to the TrolMaster controllers. With the use of this hub, controlling an almost unlimited number of LED/HID lights with a single TrolMaster controller is possible. The SPH-1 package includes the hub itself, a 16-foot RJ12 cable, and a 12Vdc power supply for powering the hub.

The SPH-1 can be conveniently placed in a central location with a single RJ12 cable connected to the main controller. The individual RJ12 output jacks can then be connected to each of the sensors, device modules, or lighting adapters. It's important to note that when using the SPH-1 to interconnect your lighting systems together back to a single LMA adapter (except for LMA-T and ThinkGrow light system), the 12-volt dc power supply should not be connected to the SPH-1.
